We hope you love your Papier Beau purchase, but if for some reason you aren't quite sure about it, you may return your item within 14 days for UK & Irish customers, and 28 days for international customers. If 14 or 28 days respectively, have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange and products sent back to us will be resent back to you.
All items must be returned to us in an unused, re-saleable condition and must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards are exempt from being returned.
If you do wish to return your product, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org stating “Refund” in the subject line (and stating your name, order number and reason for return in the main text) to receive a Goods Return Code (GRC) which you must state on the returns address label. Products received by us without a GRC will be resent back to you.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please be aware that Papier Beau cannot be held accountable for the length of time a refund takes to appear on your credit card or original method of payment. This may take up to 10 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, stating “Exchange” in the subject line and stating your name, order number and reason for exchange/damaged or defective product in the main text. We will then issue you with a Goods Return Code (GRC) which you must state on the returns address label. Products received by us without a GRC will be resent back to you.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver who will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should send your product to: 15 Rock Road, Moneymore, BT45 7XQ, Northern Ireland.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless your item is defective or damaged and you need to return it to us, in which case you will be refunded your return shipping cost). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your total purchase amount to be refunded.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are returning an item over the value of £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Papier Beau cannot be held accountable for any returnable items which are lost/damaged during shipping.
